Proposal: Teamcoaching
Structure of a team-coaching:
- Analysis of actual situation and definition of the procedure for the first part of the teambuilding (Duration 1 day)
- Seminar/Teambuilding (duration 2.5 days or 5 days intense seminar)
- Sustainability assurance of the teambuilding
The choice of the method of the teambuilding and the time between the seminars is totally up to you.
Also it is possible to arrange a Coaching-On-the-Job. With Coaching-On-The-Job you safe money as well as time. Additionally the transfer to the real working world is easier to undergo.
If wished the teambuilding can take place in a rope-course and rock-climbing facility. It is possible to cater effectively confidence-building elements for the teambuilding.

Also it is possible to arrange the seminar in a business circus. You can support the teambuilding by acrobatics, fakir arts and magic. Within this method my experienced colleague Marion Ladich from trapezius is supporting me here.
Do you wish an additional benefit for the teamcoaching? On request we can arrange a Business Etiquette dinner on the last day of the coaching. To make teamwork work, respectful and polite treatment within the team is of great importance.
My team and I will always work with you and your team experience oriented. With teambuilding the sustainability of a change will increase considerably.
There is no need of physical ability in none of the methods for teambuilding.
